1. Rezerwacje z określoną datą pobytu

Zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 12 ustawy o prawach konsumenta, prawo do odstąpienia od umowy nie przysługuje, jeśli rezerwacja dotyczy świadczenia usług związanych z wypoczynkiem i została dokonana na konkretny termin.

2. Warunki anulowania

Aby wyjść naprzeciw potrzebom naszych gości, oferujemy następujące zasady anulowania rezerwacji:

• Bezpłatne anulowanie do 7 dni przed planowanym przyjazdem

• W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji mniej niż 7 dni przed przyjazdem lub w razie niepojawienia się – opłata za pierwszą dobę nie podlega zwrotowi

• W przypadkach losowych (np. choroba, klęska żywiołowa) możliwe jest indywidualne rozpatrzenie wniosku o zwrot

3. Zwrot kosztów

W przypadku kwalifikującego się zwrotu:

• Zwrot następuje w tej samej formie, w jakiej dokonano płatności

• Zwrot środków realizowany jest w ciągu 14 dni roboczych od dnia akceptacji wniosku o anulowanie

1. Buchungen mit festem Aufenthaltsdatum

Gemäß Art. 38 Abs. 12 des polnischen Verbraucherrechts besteht kein Widerrufsrecht, wenn die Buchung Dienstleistungen zur Freizeitgestaltung betrifft und ein konkreter Termin vereinbart wurde.

2. Stornierungsbedingungen

Wir möchten euch faire und transparente Bedingungen anbieten:

• Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 7 Tage vor Anreise

• Bei einer Stornierung weniger als 7 Tage vor Anreise oder bei Nichterscheinen – Berechnung der ersten Übernachtung

• In Fällen höherer Gewalt (z. B. Krankheit, Naturereignis) prüfen wir individuelle Lösungen kulant

3. Rückerstattung

Bei berechtigtem Anspruch auf Rückerstattung gilt:

• Rückerstattung erfolgt auf demselben Zahlungsweg

• Bearbeitung innerhalb von 14 Werktagen ab Annahme des Stornierungsantrags
